Sarah Gamble's paintings explore the multi-verse, dreams, what it means to exist, and the psychology of regular life experience. While she often finds the visual language in her work to have no literal translation, the current imagery is informed by a lifelong fascination with the dream-world, animism, UFOs, mythological beasts, speculative history, primitivism, and the afterlife. These interests combine and create a parallel world where the invisible is made visible.
